Visited twice - AVOID - THESE WILL BE REFUSED! One died after 6 weeks and the other less than a month later. 2 sets out of 3 failed in 60 days! And the seller promised me a replacement power supply over a month ago but hasn't sent it or answered my last 3 emails. I liked the flashlights when I first got them. I bought 3 and love the extra shine they give off. But unfortunately one of my three sets died after only 6 weeks. I tried contacting the seller and got no response after a few days (I know it's only been a day but a simple email telling me how to replace my PSU under warranty should do the trick not be that difficult). We have 2 parties next week and now we have 1 of 3 sets completely dead - so it looks weird. Pros: 1) The light is a nice warm color but not yellow. 2) the light is bright 3) the cord has a large number of lights and they all worked (no dead LEDs) 4) the material seems "sturdy" and the cord itself seems to be holding up well. Cons: 1) The PSU died after only 6 weeks and the second after only 60 days. 2) The seller doesn't seem to be quick to respond to a warranty issue *** In fact, I've been sending multiple messages with no response for almost 5 weeks! Initially they promised to send a new adapter but then didn't respond and didn't respond to a later request. I'm getting the spare power supplies I need to get the other 2 sets working again. I've also noticed a number of other recent reviews mentioning reliability issues. answer the questions I asked. So my next kits will most likely be TaoTronics. I will update this post regarding the reliability of the two remaining sets as well as the manufacturer's response to my warranty claim. ***A NOTICE. A few weeks later, the second set failed. and the manufacturer still hasn't sent the replacement PSU they promised over a month ago!
