Review on 👢 Medium Weight Scrap Leather Piece: Light Brown Desert Sand Cowhide for Boot Making - 18" X 10" Size by Doris Tran

Let me start by saying that this is not quite what I thought. It may be more down to me than them as I'm new to leatherworking and not very familiar with all the terms. Is the code "boot leather" suede? The leather itself resembles suede more than anything else. How it will look exactly is hard to tell from the pictures. Again, I expected more from genuine leather than what appears to be fairly finished (for lack of a better word). I used this piece to make a watch strap and purse. Both seem to be holding up well. It's probably okay knowing that it's suede rather than nice smooth leather.
