Review on 🔪 Kai Wasabi Black Paring Knife - 4-Inch: Precision Cutting Tool for Every Kitchen Task by Gary Bush

I am shocked at what I got for the price. I already had Kai Wasabi Deba, Usuba and Yanagiba that I was happy with. But the blade size of the paring knife is *perfect*, absolutely razor sharp, and I've managed to keep it in perfect condition. I was even lazy enough (pity, I know!) to put this knife in the dishwasher. A short run on the sharpener and it glides over the tomatoes again. However, I do NOT recommend washing this knife in the dishwasher. It is very easy to hand wash. Just use a sponge and be careful with the blade. I've used this to break down fried chicken, slice cheese, chop tomatoes and other veggies, and slice grilled chicken sandwiches. He did every job with no problems. For the price, you would be really hard pressed to find another paring knife as functional as this one. Although this is a "cheap knife" (literally) I am very impressed and think this knife will last for years with little maintenance.
