This is my fourth pair of nanos and I love them for CrossFit.
Great fit, comfortable, light weight and flat bottom perfect for weightlifting and WOD. Stay away from your favorite running shoes.
Pros
- Comfortable but not as comfortable as I would have expected from an arch support.
Cons
- The laces have a natural fixation, thanks to which the shoes fit snugly on the foot.
