Review on πŸ”΄ Victorinox Unisex_Adult 8.2050.b1 Nail Clipper - Red, Standard Size: Buy Online by Dominique Hughes

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My favorite clippers I've ever bought

I was almost put off buying them by their reviews of being too small and the short arm making them cumbersome. I'm so glad I trusted Victorinox as I've bought pocket knives from them for years. Size: Slightly smaller than normal hair clippers. It's pointless. The blades are very sharp and they cut your nails just as quickly as with slightly larger blades. That would be awful for your toes, but who uses toenail clippers? Sharpness: perfect. I've recently bought one of the other "high end" brands and wasn't impressed. They are actually as sharp as you would expect from such an expensive hair clipper. Grip: This is the wear and tear that surprised me the most. It easily slides out and back in place. The handle looks odd but I found I prefer it to the traditional handle. No awkwardness for either hand. Cons: There is a hole for a keychain but no keyring. A regular sized key ring won't fit, so you'll need a small one. Luckily I had it, but not everyone will do it. Also, the blades are open when folded, so it may get stuck or ripped in your pocket after a while. That's my only big concern. For this reason, I just put scissors in a small coin pocket in my jeans.

Pros
  • Foot, hand and nail care
Cons
  • A nuisance
