I have to admit, when I found out there was an 'eyelash curler' for lashes, I rolled my eyes. But after reading many positive reviews I spent $12 and bought it. My lashes are so short and thin that I can't even get extensions because my natural lashes can't support them so I took a chance with this device and I'm very glad I did. I love it! With this wonderful little curler I can make my lashes look normal, even slightly thick and long. I've tried several techniques and this one works best for me: 1. Apply lashes, wait for foundation to dry.2. High temperature twisting.3. Apply mascara. TO SAVE BATTERY I keep the cap on the curler while it heats up, I just don't "lock" the cap that locks the power button in the "off" position. It also speeds up the warm-up process. This allowed me to get about a month of curling on a single battery. Since it's a staple in my makeup bag, I now use rechargeable ones.
