Caveat: I have a kind of brand loyalty when it comes to Arctic cooling products - MX4 thermal paste, HSF CPU cooler and case fan. The Arctic BionIX F120 fan is very quiet and cheap. Even at a maximum speed of 1800 rpm, it remains "relatively" quiet. Considering it's pushing 69 cubic feet of air per minute, it's surprisingly quiet. I still managed to get it to the minimum rated RPM of 200RPM - maybe that's a limitation of my motherboard. I bought the model with white trim and in my case it looks very nice. I considered deducting a star because it doesn't have an RGB or ARGB backlight, but the value for money makes up for it.
