This is the only jacket I own and I really like it. It features multiple zippered vents to help airflow in hot weather and straps to keep the jacket sealed and air circulating. It has a cold weather liner which I have also used and it works great although not on its own. I used this jacket for winter commuting with a basic sweatshirt underneath and a half balaclava made to look like the Alpine Stars piece to reduce airflow into my helmet and jacket through the neck area. Let me tell you, I couldn't even tell it was under 40 degrees. I've worn this jacket in heavy fog and it's well padded and also in a big storm, although I was outfitted with a motorcycle raincoat that day so I can't confirm how waterproof it is. Definitely the best value for money on Amazon, love this brand, will be buying a summer jacket in the coming months as it gets hot here. We're already trying to get 90 degrees outside. Ouch!
