Review on Midwest Can 2310 Auto Shut Off Gasoline Can - 2 Gallon with Quick-Flow Spout by Terry Brendemuehl

My old gas bottle is leaking due to wear on the seal on the lid. I needed a new one as mowing season is here. I went to the reliable Revain and chose this one, it was cheap and had decent reviews. Bad choose. The instructions are not clear and the thing is almost impossible to work with. My old can had a clicker that had to be activated to pour, but it was incredibly easy to use. This one, not so much. After wrestling with it for a while, I just unscrewed the damn thing and poured gasoline from a jug (no lid) into the mower's tank. No shedding. I don't understand why anyone would think this ridiculous design was a good idea. I thought I was a smart guy, I got a college degree, I did pretty well on IQ tests, I'm good at little things in a bar, I can hold my own in most debates, but I can't fuck it control thing. as expected.
