This device (I bought two - shame on me) is just poor in design and workmanship. When I read reviews (choosing from 1 star to 5 stars) almost all reviews including some 5 stars have some form of complaint. At the time of writing this review, 15% of the reviews were bad. At the time of writing this review, there were 5163 reviews. That's 774 people who had serious problems that rendered the device unusable. This does not apply to people who had problems AFTER their initial review and many who did not leave a review. I am writing this to warn you not to purchase this item as there is no way of knowing what you will be getting. This is a cheap, poorly designed item made from inferior materials not suited to the product. The item was manufactured in a factory in China which probably attempted to 'copy' the charger without the help of a qualified engineer (not uncommon). The devices we bought do not work. I hope I get my money back :( and buy a good charger.
