Extremely disappointed

Although this passport cover may work well, the images promoting the pattern are misleading (see attached image 3). Rather than the scales being embroidered, or at least slightly embossed in three dimensions, the design is an entirely flat, matte, printed pattern. I also bought this with guaranteed 1 day delivery and didn't receive it within 1 day. . I couldn't be more disappointed.
