Very cool in every way! Easy to inflate in 5-7 minutes. The pump isn't the best, but it does the job. The pump's psi gauge didn't work either. I know it had enough air because the pump literally stopped pumping. The gauge read 6 psi. When deflating I wish there was a way to block the hole but pressing the button to release is nice when inflating the board so you don't lose air. A friend of mine has a hardboard that I've also ridden and to be honest I didn't feel the difference in recovery. Your board is a foot longer and 0.5 inches narrower. I also felt like my feet got stuck on their board and didn't notice this problem at all on the inflatable board. It's easy to carry. I bought this model specifically for the D-rings. and three shoulder straps. Super light yet durable on the water. I'm 5ft 2,170lbs and have had no issues with carrying, standing, tracking etc. Definitely practice in calm water to get back on your feet. but about an hour in, I could hop on the deck, rock back and forth and steer very easily by paddling my back. We even stopped and sat on the dock and I was able to push off the dock while standing. Bought this board to see if I enjoy paddleboarding at all and will buy another for my daughter or as a spare for a friend . I've been kayaking for almost 20 years and I just can't sit in the kayak anymore because of my back. It's an amazing alternative and I felt like I was exercising better: I got on my knees when I got tired of standing, ate lunch sitting and even lay down for an hour. a few minutes and never fell. I am beyond happy with this board and can't wait to get back on the water.
