Review on Helly Hansen Belfast Winter Women's Clothing for Women by Scott Chen

When I received the item and removed it from the packaging, there was a long straight tear in the front. It looks like the fabric was scored with a needle during production, causing the material to crack, resulting in waterproof failure. There are other lines on the same part of the fabric where something similar seems to have happened, but those lines haven't separated (yet). Very disappointing as this is the first time I have bought anything from Revain; A damaged product ruined the experience. As it was shipped to Canada I am unable to receive an exchange for an undamaged product through the Revain returns process; I can only return it for a refund. This is very unfortunate as the jacket was exactly what I wanted and looks like a great product apart from damage to the front which ruined both the waterproofing and the look of the jacket.
