I am 5ft 10 in size 14/16 38DDD and have a very short torso. I bought 2X thinking it would be like a train wreck so went back. The top and bottom were remarkably visible, although the waist belt was surprisingly narrow and weird looking, I was expecting a thicker belt. For the light size, it was long enough to cover my knees! I think if you have a long torso with a thin waist this might be for you.
