Expensive but worth every penny
Our 7 inch version of this knife was by far our most used kitchen knife. The price of this 5 inch version seemed like a luxury to me and in fact I looked at it many years ago. take a decisive step. We've had it for less than a month, but it's already the most used kitchen knife. 7 inches are now used much less frequently. I've always found it difficult, or at least difficult, to sharpen kitchen knives. The advantage of these knives is that they do not need to be sharpened for years. It has been used daily for several years.
