Review on AFX FX 41DS Solid Helmet Gender by Chris Prix

Like most people in the US, I have an oval head. This helmet is a round helmet. While it's packed with great features, quality parts and such, it just doesn't fit or feel comfortable. The helmet shifts on my head, especially at speed, and twists my neck since it has so much room to generate momentum when turning. The visors are great, clear and properly positioned. The locking points are solid and can be fully opened or barely opened for ventilation, even at highway speeds. The tinted drop down visor is beautiful. The quick release chin strap is very simple, although it cannot be used with a traditional bike helmet lock. Easily and securely attaches my cardo to my side. The chin straps fit perfectly through some vents so the visor can be sealed. Like I said I really liked the style, performance and quality of the helmet, it's just made for a rider with a much rounder head than me.
