Bought for work. The assembly was a bit confusing at first. But once you figure it out, it makes sense. Assembly: This all comes in a flat box. You must build the item. Sides and back on hinges. Includes 5 identical shelves, 4 screws and an Allen key for assembly. The instructions are an 11x17 sheet of paper with no words, just pictures. After several temporary configurations, the intended assembly becomes clear. I start screwing everything together. (Note: I assembled/reassembled several times as the instructions are crap.) There are 2 shelves with screw slots. These are interchangeable at the top and bottom. The screw holes line up with the connection points on the sides of the frame. In addition, the top and bottom must be inserted into their respective positions before screwing. Once that's done, the other shelves will just fall into place. There are 3 dips/correlations on each shelf. It wasn't clear if they were going up or down. I decided to put them down as I thought it would interfere with the drawer underneath and wanted them all to face the same direction. The box is then pushed onto this assembled block. This item can also be used without a drawer or shelves other than the top and bottom. After assembly, the entire block will wobble because something is twisted or bent. After fiddling with this for about 20 minutes, I ruled out the possibility of torque and decided to try to get everything straight again. It didn't help much. We decided to just stick half a pack of stickers under the back right corner to prevent swaying. I don't see it and honestly forget it's there. The box is divided into 3 compartments. I find it annoying. Either more subjects should be in it, or none at all. I bought it thinking it wasn't there and that there was something inside, but now it doesn't fit. But the compartments are too big for the staples etc. that I wanted to put in there. It's also not tall enough to hold a tape dispenser or stapler. It currently sits empty until I have another idea of what to put in there. Pro: The top is big, flat and empty. Perfect for combing with another organizer to go on top of what I did.
