Review on 🔪 Rada Cutlery Curved Paring Knife: Premium Stainless Steel Blade, 6-1/8 Inch, Black Handle - Made in USA by Hassan Tomlinson

I have a lot of Rada knives that I use all the time and I came across this nifty little paring knife. The blade is only 2.25 inches long and very sharp. The curved part of the blade is on top, leaving a nice straight edge for cutting. This is ideal for quickly peeling potatoes or peaches that are in season. I chose the black handle because it has a slightly rough feel that's easier to grip, like peeling something with a lot of juice, like peaches. Rada products can be washed in the dishwasher, but I've given up that habit, as they dull the blades much faster. Despite this, Rada blades are good for sharpening and can be made incredibly sharp. Of course, the price of Rada cannot beat the quality and durability of the product received. I've never had a knife separate from the handle in the many years I've been using them, but they seem to be fading out of my kitchen. very mysterious! I found them on a workbench in the garage and tool shed. My husband refuses such orders, but there is no one here except ats and dog.hmmmm. I've said it before and I'll say it again, a person cannot go wrong with any Rada product, whether for themselves or as a gift. Forged stainless steel and the best: Made in the Good Old USA.
