Scissors too narrow

These scissors came out of the packaging too narrow. They hammered the screw holding the adjustment to the pivot so you can't loosen it. The two cutting edges scratch each other so much that they are actually hardly usable. I could not reduce the tension of the hinge screw. I will contact the seller to fix it or send it back.
