Fairly accurate (gauges on my truck showed the pressure on all tires was 1psi, maybe one tire but no more Also the cable goes to the cigarette lighter that connects to the device was almost too short to reach the rear wheels of my 2019 Tacoma - so folks with larger cars might want to take a look at it when they first get it to make sure it hits the mark. Finally you can set a target on the device but it does NOT have an auto shut off when it hits the target, it keeps filling up after it hits the target so I'm not sure why it actually has that feature.
