Review on ACDelco 88959481 Original Equipment Speedometer by Brian Rivenbark

My 86 K20 truck had the cruise control unit removed and a cable inserted from the NP205 transfer case to the speedometer. So far so good, the cable seems to be lubricated in contrast to other suppliers. Products that require lubrication before installation. I attached the cable to the back of the transfer case to keep ice and snow from stressing the cable in the winter and to keep the brush from snagging in the summer. Make sure the cord will not rub on hot or sharp objects and will last a long time.
