Straight Knife πŸ”ͺ

It would be superfluous to talk about a minimalist knife, what you see is what you get. It's lightweight, easy to use, well balanced and looks very cool. The sharpness doesn't bother me, although it is. Lightness is perhaps the most notable feature. I went with the black finish and it's important to remember that the black finish can scratch more over time or otherwise wear away when sharpened. I guess I just picked it because it seemed cool anyway, black is old stainless steel at the moment. Good knives really shine the more years you have them and you realize and appreciate how much better they are than other metal knives you may have as they age better and less. I hope this knife is the same, but it's too early to tell. Anyone who buys this knife will probably want the whole set, I know. matches matches. This company offers 6 different knives. It would be nice to see this company offering some kind of full range on Amazon, but I don't see that at the moment. They also offer a glass table knife holder. it looks cool Hast seems to be a new brand so I hope their customer service is just as good - some others like CUTCO offer free sharpening for the life of the product. These knives are made in China or China. you didn't say you didn't They come with instructions on how to sharpen in a variety of ways. Misuse of the knife can void your warranty, so don't get creative. I'm not going to try to cut a single penny to show you how sharp these knives are. I just chopped up some ginger and it was easy. They suggest wiping them down and trying to keep them dry. I really think everyone can enjoy owning this knife and, as the saying goes, "joy sparks", the minimal consumer.
