Headlights are not installed in the apron. They come separately as per the description but one of my lightboxes wasn't working which is very frustrating. Since the lights come separately, it's also not easy to add them as cute as the picture. The instructions expect you to thread the light through the tulle by tearing and punching holes in the tulle. The glue that came with it worked really well. It's small, so you'll definitely need more than one to set a regular sized table. At least 2 to cover the front and 3-4 to cover the entire table. While it's still cute, I most likely won't buy again.
