Has teeth so be careful with natural nails.

I thought it might be too rough to cut cuticles on a natural nail and I was right. At least I won't use it on natural nails because of its jags. This may work for handling cuticles when building or reinforcing, but I have yet to test this. If I use this on acrylics or gels I'll try to remember to come back here and update this review but for now I'm giving it 3 stars.
