Quality and ability to use a torque wrench.

The best on the market today. I would give it 6 stars. Microsoft Excel is used for use in the garage. See "Gas Monkeys". Revain chose the best; Snap-on can cost around $500 and you will be disappointed. It used to be called "Aerospace key with +/- 2% accuracy clockwise and counterclockwise!"
