I would like to take a moment to rate this item as there are many others left of those who received discounts or free products. I didn't, so I wanted others to get ad-free feedback to help them decide. I live in a house with well water and poor water pressure. I installed this shower head in just minutes and am happy to report that I finally have a decent shower at home. There's enough pressure to reach the back of the tub, which is a lot better than the previous shower head, which didn't even reach the middle of the tub. I would say the jet feels a little too harsh for those with high water pressure if they have sensitive skin, but it definitely changed the water pressure in my fountain to a much better spray. The reason I'm only giving four stars is that the pressure isn't ideal - I've lived in other houses with a lot more pressure. Also, it's plastic and feels a little flimsy - I'll definitely upgrade if I use it more than once. For those looking for a hand held shower that will improve pressure in wells or old pipes I would definitely recommend this product. 3) stopped working within two weeks. This doesn't seem to affect the spray setting or the massage setting, but the spin/pulse setting was great while it lasted. I'm not taking a star off because it still offers the other two settings and the pressure boost. Just wanted others to be aware of the issue when considering it for a less intense massage/shower.
