Received this set today! I really like the soft roll-up case they come in. These knives are NOT STAINLESS STAINLESS STEEL and therefore need to be cared for differently than usual! They need to be hand washed and lubricated with oil after each use, otherwise they will rust! This is completely normal with HIGH CARBON steel! Which, in my humble opinion, is the best steel for real HERD! They were very sharp and didn't need to be sharpened. They were well oiled, covered in plastic and paper for protection! I'll have to use them for a while before giving this 5 stars, but you have to keep in mind that these aren't your regular stainless steel knives and need to be handled differently! Yes. I wrote this twice because it's important! If you are an aspiring chef/chef, stainless steel is better for you! These knives need maintenance!
