Someone's toenails were grey, thick and worn down. They looked awful. I bought this and started grinding his nails, it took me a while to figure out which tool to use first etc but after working on his left foot for 2-2/1/2 hours saw these nails look almost perfect! gave him a few days rest + start with right foot (toenails) now. By the way, to really kill a lot of fungus in + under nails, use 1 cup distilled vinegar + 1 cup yellow colored Listerine, in each foot bath, add water to just cover nails, soak at least 4 @ a half Hour. I guarantee this doctor recommended formula will eventually kill the fungus BUT grinding + thinning the thickness of the nails allows this formula to really get rid of the fungus. Much luck. + legs.
