I love this blade. Well made, super sharp and very/very practical in the kitchen. Don't plan on sticking 4 fingers through the hole above the blade. It's too small for that, but once you adjust your grip and become comfortable with it, you'll probably like this blade too. It's great for the obvious stuff like slicing and chopping veggies. I use it a lot more than that. Most recent use was bone balling and slicing a very large roast (pork shoulder). It's just a great blade, very comfortable for repeated use.
