Review on πŸ‘š Icebreaker Merino Women's Siren Merino Wool Cami: Ultimate Comfort and Style for Every Occasion by Robert Layne

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Unfortunately unwearable, the quality of the fabric seems to be lower than expected, the size is smaller than expected.

This was bought as a Christmas present, the review is for Icebreaker, not Revain or shipping (both were great): Icebreaker seems to have really dropped in quality in the last yeast. We were very loyal Icebreaker customers, we loved their Merino wool base layers in 2013, 2014, 2015 but then we noticed a drop in quality. This will probably be the last time we spend a fairly large amount of money on Icebreaker clothing that now promises nothing of what it used to promise. We're still wearing the Icebreaker pieces from 2013 and 2014, they're still in great condition. However, these new pieces seem different (merino is coarser, less soft, the stitching isn't really done with the same attention to detail), the fabric on this particular piece was VERY sheer. Incredibly transparent, as transparent as you would imagine a thin white t-shirt to be in a wet situation. Dry underwear shouldn't be THAT transparent.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs
