excellent knife well suited for chef knife
The knife is beautifully made, the blade has a sharp edge that can be easily restored after use by straightening it. I use this knife for chopping vegetables and chopping herbs and I can cut a lot without tiring my hand because the knife is very well balanced. The raised edge prevents cut food from sticking to the blade. I recommend it without reservation.
