Review on 📦 Waterproof Junction Box PFA130-E for HDW4631C-A, HDBW4433R-ZS, HFW4431R-Z Dome and Bullet Cameras by Victor Hurvitz

I didn't want to buy a junction box, but when it came to installing my turret camera I didn't see an easy way to install it without risking a leak in my plaster wall and drilling a 3/4 inch hole to accommodate the Ethernet socket . This box is expensive but after receiving it I know I need it and it's really a small price compared to what I spent on the rest of my gear. I use it with a LaView LVS-DHPTK3682W-28 (renamed Dahua IPC-HDW4831EM-ASE) and all four screw holes match one of the many hole patterns available. So much attention has gone into this junction box, from the screw locks on the four outer screws, the cable that connects the cover to the rest of the case, the grommet on the underside of the cover, the slot in the grommet to accommodate the camera cable through the Cover and the foam backing attached to the box against the wall or whatever you attach it to. This box is also thick and will likely take a lot of damage from someone trying to fiddle with the camera.
