Review on 📷 Yumfond Hidden Spy Pen Camera HD 1080P: Portable Digital Video Recorder with Photo Taking, USB Port Covert Cam, for Conference and Home (Video Only) by Sara Mahoney

The pen I was sent had some serious problems initially. There were gaping omissions in the accompanying instruction manual: there was no mention of a required memory card; the terms "left" and "right" for setting the mode switch are ambiguous; three LED colors are mentioned but only two are visible; There was no mention of how the recordings would play (although that's implied by the USB port). Some Youtube videos try to give instructions on these points (but see below). Most seriously, the operating system (Windows 7) showed no sign of its presence when the pen was plugged into the computer's USB port, so the recordings (if made in the pen) are unrecoverable. Then I contacted Yumfond Company. After a few quick questions I was promptly sent a replacement pen (and 32GB memory card) which works exactly as intended. (Note that the stylus needs to be connected with the included cable, which then plugs into the computer.) Photos and audio recording are quite good, and video looks great, albeit at a slightly low resolution, and is particularly good at photography . in strong light conditions. Yumfond has also created a very nice instructional video that clearly shows you how to set up and use the pen. They found that the internal labeling on the USB connector is different than what they typically use. In summary, I would like to thank the Yumfond staff for their excellent cooperation and support.
