Ok but I need to re-sew all the front buttons

Good quality I use it for a work shirt and love the zipped breast pockets for my phone just not happy with it after 3 weeks I need to sew on the front buttons . Not sure why this is the case, as the manufacturer himself. Maybe there are settings for the machine somewhere?
