Size and fit best in my review
For future buyers, I don't think this would fit a normal sized 3 and 4 year old. This fits my 3 year old daughter perfectly, but she is in the 5th percentile for height and weight. she is tiny You may want to look at the next size up. The quality is great and it's super cute. We love it!

- It fits perfectly and is beautifully made and such a lovely soft fabric my granddaughter loves it!
Cons
- The fabric may be of poor quality and not strong enough to be worn frequently.
