Bought to help our elderly cat jump on the couch. As a cat, she refuses to use it. She jumps next to the ladder and jumps over it. In the rest of the house she walks up stairs with no carpet with no problem. Don't judge why she refuses. They appear to be good, durable and the right size. The cat loves the box it comes in. Slightly misaligned during assembly. We were able to convince the parts of the fit with a hammer. Probably the best size for a small foot. We hope that one day the cat will overcome its prejudice and start using it.
