I gave the middle rating. This is a beautiful dress! Unfortunately it came with oil stains all over the skirt. I thought it got wet from the post process but it never went away and it's definitely grease stains. We bought this dress for homecoming and got it the day before. Luckily we bought two dresses but this blue one she liked best.. In the size chart she needed a size 8 or 10 for her bust and waist but she is tall so I chose 12 and she fit perfectly.
