The touchscreen reacts less well, cracks and chips quickly appear

I've had a protective film for 4 months. Chips and cracks weren't long in coming, although I'm very careful with my phone. The screen is less responsive than before donning. I am planning to remove it and buy another brand and I will not take this brand again. But there is a but. Everything went very easily, almost without bubbles. Directions were good too.
