I bought this for my 10 year old on May 23rd and the mic stopped working after I returned Revain. I left a complaint feedback and BlueFire customer service contacted me very quickly to send me a replacement. Can I just say that their customer service department is fantastic?! They shipped my son's new phone within a day and the new one arrived a few days later. Customer service is hard to come by these days so I am very grateful to the BlueFire team who wanted to troubleshoot and fix the situation. My son loves his headset and is looking forward to talking to all of his high school gamer friends again tonight!
