Some stones are significantly thicker (do not fit at the same angle) and thicker stones have visible saw marks. These cuts are easy to feel. The marks visible in the image of the lighter stone are the shadows of the ridges and valleys. Overall I'd say about half of the bricks can be used out of the box. I would have to grind the other half of them before using. I did not expect a high level for such a price. However, I expected all stones to be usable. I suspect some of the stones that weren't finished were included in my order.
