Review on Freeze Resistant Upgrade Kit 385311641 for Dometic Toilets 300, 310, and 320 - Innovative Double O Ring Technology Prevents Leaks by Mike Bogan

We have two apartment buildings. One is stationary and used seasonally, the other is a tiny unit that we use for round trips. Both apartments share the same toilet and in both toilets the OEM valve will fail if NO water remains in the valve. Another problem is that it is almost impossible to completely drain the cold storage valve. I'd rather blow the water out of my water lines than flood them with RV antifreeze and then wash off the aftertaste. We have replaced the OEM valve with the unit sold here. So far no problems at all. An OEM valve failed in a small RV during the 2021 Texas Freeze despite draining as best it could. I'll replace it with this valve again and do the repair.
