Works well with pumice stone. If I hadn't used it, I don't think the results would have been as good. Sorry for the blackening of the nail, it just broke. Most got out. It's not one of those cuticles, which I'm sure is nice. It only breaks it down so it can be exfoliated, which is probably less toxic. There was a thicker part of numb people on my toe that he didn't fully address. I'll wet my feet and put gel on one spot and I'm sure it will help. It didn't hurt except for a tiny spot where I must have put something on my cuticles. I just put some lotion on it and it aired and stopped being sensitive. All in all a huge improvement. I've been using pumice stone on my feet for a few months and haven't had the same results with this alone.
