Excellent purchase! Best accessory for cutlery and knives
I didn't have high hopes for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. I was so impressed with this that I am now considering moving on to Dahlstrong when it comes time to replace my trusty Global knives. The big butcher knife I bought shouldn't be light, it feels heavy and strong. In this category, it's best to say that it's well balanced. Ergonomics; All I can say is that it's not bad to use, but it's a great knife/cleaver so I don't bone fish or work with it. I would recommend this knife and this company to anyone in the hospitality industry.
