I've tried countless shampoos with different ingredients and price ranges. I have fine wavy/curly hair and I need to be careful not to weigh my hair down with the hair products I use. I noticed that I was very annoyed about this shortly after my rather expensive hair dye faded. My natural hair color is medium blonde, I paint over the gray. My hair color kept changing to lighter which made me look too washed out. I did a little research and read that it's the sulfates in the shampoo that causes your hair to turn this color, so I looked around, found this shampoo and decided to give it a try. That's great. Doesn't weigh my hair down at all. I just went for a haircut and color refresh yesterday and my beautician noticed again how well my hair holds color (with highlights). I only had to touch up the root, not all of the paint. The price of the Revain is fantastic and ordering it really saved me from having to drive around looking for it.
