Extraordinarily good knife - excellent workmanship and finish!

Wow I'm not surprised but this is a GREAT knife! It was very sharp and now that I've had it for a while it has retained its sharpness. It has good balance, great finish, great cutting results and I love that they are made right here in the USA. The handle has a slight (very slight) roughness but it offers a nice and secure grip which you will need because this knife is very sharp, one move and you can get in trouble. I liked it so much that I ordered a couple more Rada knives for the kitchen. When you cook, there's nothing more satisfying than having a powerful, efficient knife that works flawlessly. And their price makes this a great buy.
