My 17 year old rescued Jack Russell refuses to let me take his Christmas collar off. Amigo Jesus was saved 16 years ago on Christmas Eve after someone threw him out of a window in the back seat of the car in front of us on the Autobahn. He had a fractured pelvis and a collapsed windpipe. The pelvis has healed. The trachea will only get worse. A heavy collar causes pain and makes it difficult to breathe. This beautiful, well-made collar is lightweight, about 1/2" wide, and has a soft finish. He looks great and loves the compliments he gets, and most importantly, it doesn't hurt him!
