A sharp, durable paring knife and a great price!
This knife has become my favorite tool in the kitchen. I love the sharpness and the weight of the knife. The handle is comfortable and fits my hand well. The small hook at the end ensures that it doesn't slip out of my hand even when it's wet and slippery. It stayed sharp through heavy use and only needed a quick adjustment of the steel a couple of times. All in all, this is a fantastic little knife!
