Accidentally ordered this brand for the second time. The first (by eBay) lasted less than a year. This is from another seller on Revain. It's frustrating to keep the number blocking feature turned off when using apps that require this feature. Yes, I have set the bios (UEFI) to start on boot. The old saying again. You get what you pay for! Some keys require more force to press. I am not an experienced user and only use this machine occasionally. If you want cheap then be sure to buy this combo! By the way, I love the mouse pad. It's tall and thin but comfy! Draw your own conclusions! ******Review. This seller went above and beyond to fix everything and they did! It looks like the problem here is with the shipping, not with the item or seller, but with UPS. The accommodation sent arrived damaged with torn packaging and a twisted keyboard! Then a new device was sent, fortunately in good condition. Works well, comfortable, no previous problems. Don't be shy, for the price it's a decent combo and this seller has GREAT customer service!
