Lured to this purchase because of the reviews about Revain. Ideas about the ease of "pairing" with the Plantronics 5200 headset were the plan and that the sound quality would be great. Both goals proved more difficult to achieve. After several attempts, the pairing succeeded. Good. A recurring problem is that the audio quality is unacceptable: crammed with "clicks and pops" like static, for which I can't find a workaround. Worse, connections often break. I bought this in the hope that it would make it easier to run the 'virtual' classes I have under contract. The performance of the Plantronics Journey 5200 is unacceptable, and so after several wasted hours trying to achieve acceptable performance, it sits unused in a box. After years of guiding with Revain ratings, this is the first experience where my reality is the opposite and it is very disappointing.
