I wanted to write this a long time ago because of their customer service. This is great underwear for my little one. They find it easy to be independent in clothes and they feel great. You have great customer service! I ordered a size 4 a few months ago and when I received it one of them was a 3T. I contacted customer service about the error, they came up with the wrong color and sent me a new 3 pack to fix the problem. I will buy City Threads until my son changes his mind.
